Thank you for playing CapsyPop™. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information related to your use of the game.

Protecting your privacy is especially important when the game may be used by children under 13. We aim to comply with:

• GDPR and GDPR-Kids (European Union)
• Google Play and Apple App Store privacy requirements.

2. Information we collect

In Capsy Pop we do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as name, surname, physical address, phone number or email address of the player.

2.1. Game data

To save progress and operate the game, we may collect and store:

• Current level and general game progress.
• Number of attempts, cups earned and other internal game statistics.
• An anonymous player identifier (for example, a randomly generated UUID) which does not contain any personal information.

2.2. Technical data

We may collect non-identifiable technical information such as:

• Device type and operating system.
• App version.
• Aggregated information about performance, crashes and errors.

2.3. Server data

When the player connects to our online services to sync progress or participate in rankings, we may store on our servers:

• Current level and related progress.
• Cups and aggregated statistics.
• The associated anonymous player ID.

This data is used only to provide game features (such as rankings) and to improve the player experience.

3. Children under 13

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

The game is designed so that it does not ask for name, email address or other personal data. We only use anonymous identifiers and game statistics that do not directly identify the child.

There is no in-game communication between users and children cannot upload personal content through the game.

If a parent or guardian believes that their child has provided us with personal data by mistake, they can contact us at onlinegames.ou@gmail.com. After verifying the request, we will delete such information as soon as reasonably possible.

4. How we use the information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Save and display your progress in the game.

9. Data retention

We keep data related to your progress for as long as necessary to provide the service or while the account/identifier remains active. Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained for a longer period for statistical or service improvement purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will publish the updated version on our website or within the game, indicating the date of the latest revision. If the changes are significant, we will try to display a prominent notice within the game.
